Role Overview:
As a Business Development Intern at Vursor, you will gain hands-on sales and business development experience within a thriving technology consulting environment. This paid internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, prospecting new clients, and contributing to business growth while developing key commercial skills. You will work alongside our experienced sales and consulting teams, supporting our mission to deliver industry-leading NetSuite solutions and drive Vursor’s continued expansion in the market.
Business Development Internship – Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in line with Vursor’s growth objectives.
- Support senior team members in prospecting activities, including cold outreach, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Assist in managing data and records using CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales and engagement activities.
- Attend client meetings and internal strategy sessions to observe the end-to-end sales process and understand the client journey.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy, and share insights with the wider team.
- Participate in training and personal development sessions to build knowledge around NetSuite, business consulting, and sales best practices.
Internship Candidate Profile and Essential Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with both internal teams and potential clients.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in technology, cloud software, and business transformation is desirable.
