- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to define technical and functional requirements for planning, reconciliation, and close processes.
- Design and configure financial models, forecast templates, consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation templates.
- Develop custom dashboards, workflows, and reports within NSPB and FCC to support visibility and decision-making.
- Coordinate the integration of EPM modules with NetSuite ERP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Support month-end and year-end close cycles by configuring and testing FCC workflows, journal entries, and validation rules.
- Assist clients in automating account reconciliation processes using NSAR, including rule setup, exception management, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues during design and configuration; provide resolution guidance during user testing and post-go-live phases.
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and ROI across the EPM suite.
- Support the pre-sales cycle by participating in discovery calls, scoping client needs, and preparing level-of-effort estimates for EPM-related engagements.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an EPM Consultant ideally with NetSuite EPM.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR), Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC).
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, and period-end close.
- Ability to translate business processes into configuration-driven EPM solutions.
